Daniel Naughton has over 25 years’ experience of practice management in the legal sector. In his role as Practice Manager, he is responsible for the management of the firm’s people and facilities to maintain Wilson Gunn’s high standards of client service.
An experienced people manager, Daniel oversees the firm’s recruitment process and works with the firm’s partners and line managers to help them manage their teams effectively and support professional learning and development.
Daniel is also responsible for facilities management, including managing Wilson Gunn’s premises, equipment and suppliers, as well as ensuring the firm’s regulatory compliance.
