Becoming a patent or trade mark attorney offers an interesting and rewarding career in a niche sector of the law. For patent attorneys, the role offers those with a scientific background a unique opportunity to apply their knowledge in a legal setting; whilst trade mark attorneys will learn how to help businesses protect one of their most valuable assets.
When recruiting, we look for applicants with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills who are prepared to undertake the years of on-the-job training and professional examinations necessary to qualify.
