Jasper Smith joined Wilson Gunn in 2022 and qualified as a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2025.
Jasper works with clients, including individuals, SMEs and multinational corporations, in a wide range of commercial sectors, particularly in the sport and entertainment fields. He has gained experience in all types of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters and has represented clients at hearings at the UKIPO. During his time as a trainee, Jasper undertook a secondment at a global snack and confectionery company, where he gained valuable experience with handling global IP portfolio management, prosecution and enforcement.
