We were delighted to sponsor the Intellectual Property Awareness Network (IPAN) World IP Day Celebration which took place on the 26th April 2016. The event took place at the House of Commons and was attended by Parliamentarians, senior opinion leaders, policy-makers and educationalists.
This annual event helps to promote the importance of IP to the future economy in the UK. This year’s theme was “IP in the fast lane” and illustrated how IP is contributing to business sectors and economic growth. The key-note speaker was Baroness Lucy Neville-Rolfe, Minister for Intellectual Property. The event encompassed F1, digital and other fast moving technologies, together with the impact on the economy of IP as it helps drive growth.
