Lewis Hamilton fails to push watch maker off the podium in trade mark action

Wilson Gunn has again been recognised as a leading patent and trade mark firm in The Legal 500 2018 national rankings.
The Legal 500 is the leading guide to law firms in the UK. Their rankings are based on feedback from 250,000 in-house peers which are independently assessed by their experienced team of researchers.
Wilson Gunn’s “first class” trade mark team is ranked in tier two, placing it amongst the top trade mark firms in the country. There were also more commendations for the team, Michael Douglas is praised for his “calm and commercial approach” that “provides pragmatic and practical solutions”, James Robey is described as “a highly intelligent and astute attorney” as well as Mark Goodwin “a very able attorney” and David Slattery “an effective problem-solving attorney”.
