The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) has announced that the interrupted days period will come to an end on Wednesday 29 July 2020.
The interrupted days period began on 24 March 2020 in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the UK. It meant that most deadlines set by the UKIPO would be extended until the UKIPO notified the end of the interrupted days period.
This announcement means that the first normal day of operation when all interrupted days deadlines expire will be Thursday 30 July 2020.
If you have concerns relating to any deadlines before the UKIPO, please get in touch to speak to a member of our team.
