We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our patents team by appointing experienced Chartered and European Patent Attorney Mark Jolly as a Senior Associate.

After graduating from Manchester University, Mark worked in London for ten years for a private practice IP firm before recently returning to the North West. Mark’s focus is patent and design work with specific experience including fuel-cell catalysts, pharmaceuticals, materials and process chemistry. He also has notable experience in engineering and electronics, working for multinational conglomerates to protect their patents and other IP rights.

His experience on both the chemistry and engineering side is something I know will benefit our clients particularly in the automotive, healthcare and food technology sectors.
