Tim Rose LL.B., LL.M. - Associate
Registered Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark and Design Attorney
Tim Rose graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Law and went on to obtain a Masters degree in Intellectual Property Management at Bournemouth University. Following this, he entered the profession as a trainee trade mark attorney with a large private practice firm based in the Midlands before starting with Wilson Gunn in 2010. Tim is a fully qualified trade mark attorney and a member of ITMA. He is registered to practice before both the UK and Community trade mark offices. Tim has experience in all areas of trade mark law including advising on the use and protection of trade marks, the maintenance of trade mark rights and the management of extensive portfolios. He enjoys working with and assisting all different types of clientele, from individuals and SMEs through to multinational clients.
