The Firm
Wilson Gunn is a significant UK national practice of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys dealing with national and international intellectual property matters. We have offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Chesterfield.
Our size and expertise enables us to serve the intellectual property requirements of large national and international corporations, but we are equally at home working with start-up companies and SMEs. Whatever your size and requirements we recognise that quality and personal service are paramount. Above all we strive to understand your business and its needs so that we can tailor our advice and service to you. Our reputation and stature are built on merit and client confidence. We are pleased to have enjoyed many long term relationships with our clients, several of which we have acted for for several decades.
All partners in the firm are Chartered Patent Attorneys, European Patent Attorneys and/or Registered Trade Mark Attorneys and European Trade Mark and Design Attorneys. All professional assistants are encouraged to obtain these qualifications and we have a strong commitment to continuing education. Collectively we are members of, and active in, various national and international intellectual property organisations and professional bodies, such as CIPA, ITMA, LES, AIPPI, FICPI, APAA, ECTA and INTA.
